Job Description
At Cafe de Olla , we're passionate about serving great coffee, delicious food, and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. We're looking for an enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our Monrovia team and help us continue that tradition of excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso and coffee beverages according to recipes and standards Greet and educate guests about menu items and daily specials Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times Restock coffee beans, pastries, and other café supplies as needed Deliver friendly, efficient customer service with a smile Qualifications Prior barista and customer service experience Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coffee and hospitality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable and punctual ☕ Ready to brew up something great?
