Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Upsell products and promote special items to customers Requirements
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in coffee preparation
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling
