Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, attentive customer service that exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café Assist with food handling, food preparation, and serving snacks or light meals as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in coffee industry preferred; strong customer service skills essential Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions accurately Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience in food service or retail environments is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee and dedication to service make a real difference.
