Our staff on average make $8 to $13 per hour in credit card tips along with cash tips. Our Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and work well independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

Making coffee and espresso drinks. Answering the phone and chatting with customers. Maintaining a clean work space and other spaces of the cafe. Understanding the food menu, tea descriptions and coffee descriptions. Communicate with coworkers and take direction from shift lead. Taking inventory and communicate with shift lead as to the cafe needs. Other tasks as assigned by shift lead or Manager.
