With a vibe that's inviting and creative, we offer a café experience that's truly unique. We're looking for an experienced barista to help run daily operations, lead the team, and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of barista experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to craft high-quality drinks with confidence. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations Prepare and ensure quality espresso and specialty drinks Train, schedule, and supervise team members Assist with inventory and ordering Handle customer concerns professionally Stay informed about our menu offerings, equipment, and services Support sales and promotions Job Requirements 1-3 years of experience as a barista Must have basic latte art skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service Positive and Professional Attitude Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, caring, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs Must be available 3-5 days including weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as well as flexible availability on holidays Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally
