Barista and Cashier

We are seeking a cashier who can warmly greet and welcome customers while creating a positive and engaging experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to maintain upbeat conversations with customers throughout the day. Being social, energetic, and personable is an essential requirement for this role. other responsibilities :

• Cashier (handles money and give change correctly )
• amazing customer service skills (talking/handling customers)
• positive, upbeat attitude. can make others feel welcome/smile
• must be able to lift 50 lbs (hot boba pot), heavy boxes, big bags of sugar etc
• be able to work in a fast pace environment and be on your feet for long periods of time
• will go above and beyond what is asked of them
• must be very clean and organized ( a lot of cleaning)
• restock syrups, powders, ice, etc frequently.
• team player, always looking to improve
• can take criticism well, there's always something we can work on to be better
• communicates well with manager
• good communication skill with co workers and with customers
• friendly and enjoys working instead of trying to ride the clock
• put away inventory every week, (multiple times a week) Looking for someone who had open availability must be able to work on weekends as well
• part time jobs 20-30 hours a week)
