What You'll Do:

Craft espresso drinks and specialty beverages with precision and consistencyEducate customers about our coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methodsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming caf environmentBuild genuine connections with regulars and new customers alikeCollaborate with teammates to create a positive, supportive work cultureAssist with inventory management and equipment maintenance

What We're Looking For:

You have a genuine interest in coffee quality and enjoy learning about different roasters and brewing techniques. You're a natural communicator who listens to customers and takes pride in your work. Experience with espresso machines is a plus, but we're more interested in your attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow with our team.
