Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing their needs promptly Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food handling and preparation tasks Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cash register balancing and basic math calculations Assist in food preparation and serving food items while adhering to food safety regulations Support inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and tracking sales data Requirements Proven experience as a barista or (non experience) in a food service role within the food industry Familiarity with POS systems preferred Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper serving techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in coffee preparation or café operations is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating delightful coffee experiences!
