• $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications ## Key Requirements
• A genuine love for engaging with people and providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Must be at least 18 years old ## Responsibilities
• Greeting customers as they enter and exit the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stocking products on the shelves and maintaining an organized display
• Packaging products with care and presentation in mind
• Selling products by assisting customers in making selections and offering suggestions when appropriate
• Making coffee drinks using our automated machine (no barista experience required)
• Cleaning dishes, polishing molds, packaging products and maintaining stock and cleanliness of the general shop area to maintain a pristine environment ## Preferred Qualifications
• Previous retail or customer service experience, especially in a luxury or specialty retail setting
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about artisanal chocolate
• Food service or kitchen experience a plus
