In this dynamic role, you'll craft beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the café runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision. Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling duties with accuracy using POS systems Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Experience Prior barista experience on an espresso machine is a MUST Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and café operations Experience using POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and food preparation standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work 6-11am
