HOURLY RATE OF PAY

$21.09 Overtime eligible. This position requires working weekends, holidays and a flexible AM/PM schedule. Opening shifts start at 5:30am and closing shifts end at 4:00pm. The Sacramento Marriott in Rancho Cordova is a premier full-service hotel offering 14,000 sq ft of meeting space with comprehensive catering capabilities. What You'll Do:

Lead daily Starbucks shift / operations and support the team during assigned shifts Deliver exceptional guest service through meaningful customer connections Prepare and serve high-quality, handcrafted beverages and food to Starbucks standards Coach and support baristas to ensure quality, consistency, and operational excellence Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational routines Support store goals and drive results tied to customer, partner, and business needs

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience Previous Starbucks or barista leadership experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Why Join Us?
