Full Job Description Company Introduction:

SF Gelateria is a small batch of gelateria made from scratch right in the shop. The menu features Italian classics, American favorites, and Global flavors. Flavors change weekly and there is a strong emphasis on organic and local ingredients. We are hiring people who love food, especially frozen treats, and love bringing happiness to people.

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service. Greet customers with a friendly disposition and provide helpful advice. Scoop gelato and add toppings with an emphasis on presentation. Performs all cash handling, and register functions accurately and efficiently. Keeps display neat, clean, accurately labeled, and well-stocked. Follow all safety and sanitary guidelines. Cleans dining area tables and chairs, outside benches, and waste bins.

Qualifications:

Able to lift 50 pounds. Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time. Has/obtains ServSafe Food Handler's Card within 2 weeks of hire. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Thrives in a dynamic, active, and fast-paced work environment. Committed to punctuality and exemplary attendance.
