Indeed's listed wage does not include tips which range from $5-$7/ hour worked Pushkin's Bakery and Cafe in Roseville is looking for team members with a fun, enthusiastic attitude that appreciate a professional, busy and communicative work environment! We are looking for individuals that love customer service. As a gluten free bakery and restaurant we cater to a lot of food sensitivities and allergies and prioritize menu knowledge and ingredient comprehension. We have a full espresso bar and make everything in house both for all of our menus (espresso, savory foods, sandwiches and baked goods). The ability to multi-task and remain kind and patient in the face of high volume is a must. Pushkin's is a fun and lively place to work in community. We promote within and are always looking for leaders! Back of house experience is a plus! Job Qualifications Ability to work in a high volume environment Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities Open availability and flexibility- weekend availability is a must Positive attitude toward changes, additional training, and feedback Fast learner Working clean and following all sanitation rules Energetic and friendly Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate with a team of peers, leads, and management Great customer service Barista Experience preferred but not required Kitchen prep experience preferred but not required Job Duties Food Running Espresso bar Provide legendary guest service to every one of our guests Take phone orders Assist with kitchen and espresso prep (syrups, sauces, etc.) Maintaining cleanliness of dining and service areas Maintaining stock of the bakery cases Weekly cleaning and sanitation duties Dishes Take orders and work a register
