You'll be the face of the café — crafting exceptional espresso drinks, preparing fresh food items, and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door. No experience necessary — we provide top-of-the-line barista training and cover the cost of your Food Handler's Card. Responsibilities Coffee & Beverages Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment. Steam milk to correct temperature and texture for lattes, cappuccinos, and other drinks. Maintain drink quality and consistency across high-volume rushes. Food Preparation Assemble and plate sandwiches, wraps, and pastries per menu specs. Prepare cold and hot food items including toasting and reheating as needed. Label, date, and rotate food products following FIFO procedures. Monitor food freshness and remove expired items from display. Guest Experience Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments. Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergen inquiries with care. Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally. Operations & Cleanliness Keep the bar, prep area, and dining space clean and organized at all times. Follow all food safety and health code standards. Restock supplies, communicate low inventory to management, and assist with opening/closing duties. Qualifications No prior experience required — we train you from the ground up Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player What We Offer Part-time hours with flexible scheduling Top-of-the-line barista training provided Food Handler's Card paid for by us Competitive hourly wage + tips
