The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience in coffee or food service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food handling, POS systems, and retail math within a dynamic café setting. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks using standard recipes and equipment. Operate POS systems such as TOAST for order processing and cash handling. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations, seating areas, and equipment sanitation. Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and sales recording. Assist with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Restock supplies as needed and assist in food preparation when required. Engage with customers to promote products and enhance their overall experience. Follow all safety protocols related to food service and equipment operation.
