Part-time or Full-time About Us We are a fast-growing specialty coffee brand bringing high-quality espresso and culturally inspired drinks directly to the community through our mobile coffee truck. Our model blends speed, simplicity, and premium quality. We're building a high-performance team that can deliver excellent coffee quickly in a compact, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, and signature beverages Operate within a compact coffee truck setup efficiently Provide friendly, fast customer service during busy morning rushes Set up and break down the truck daily (equipment, supplies, cleanliness) Handle POS transactions (Square or similar system) Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards What Makes This Role Different Work inside a mobile coffee truck (tight, fast-paced environment) Be part of a launch-phase operation with growth opportunities Engage directly with customers at high-traffic locations (corporate campuses, events) What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual (must be ready for early morning setup) Comfortable working in small spaces and on your feet Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to move quickly and stay organized under pressure Team player with a positive attitude Preferred (Not Required) Barista or food truck experience Experience with espresso machines (La Marzocco is a plus) Valid driver's license (helpful for truck movement/positioning) Pay Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) + tips Why Join Consistent weekday schedule (no nights/weekends) Opportunity to grow with a scaling mobile café concept Hands-on training and real responsibility from day one Be part of a mission-driven brand focused on community impact
