What You'll Do As a Bilingual Barista at Encuentro Cafe, you'll play a key role in delivering the warm hospitality and cultural authenticity that make us stand out.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and alcohol drinks with precision and care. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Assisting with food orders and sharing your knowledge of our authentic Venezuelan menu. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café area. Collaborating with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dynamic individual who brings both skills and personality to the table. Here's what we're looking for: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele. Age over 21. At least 1 year of barista experience or similar customer-facing roles. A passion for coffee, food, and creating meaningful connections with guests. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, approachable attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
