We hand-whisk every drink and operate in a fast-paced environment where consistency and energy matter. We are looking for individuals who can stay calm under pressure, move with urgency, and create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest—no matter how busy it gets.

Experience Preferred:

1+ year in food service, café, or hospitality Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments strongly preferred Strong customer service skills are required Ability to remain composed, professional, and positive during busy rushes matcha experience prefered (we provide full training) Duties & Responsibilities Deliver a welcoming, attentive, and positive customer experience at all times Stay calm, focused, and efficient during high-volume service (200+ drinks) Handle customer concerns or feedback with professionalism and care Communicate clearly with team members to maintain smooth flow Prepare matcha beverages with precision and consistency Hand-whisk every drink to Kyoto Coast Matcha standards Execute drink builds including milk, syrups, and cold foam Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Support team flow across stations during peak hours Assist with opening and closing duties (prep, stocking, cleaning) Hours & Schedule 7 days a week operation

Morning Prep Shift:

5:00 AM•7:00

AM Service Shift:

7:00 AM•3:00

PM Closing Shift:
