Our Mission Valley location is fast-paced, guest-focused, and built around high-energy hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. We are currently hiring experienced team members (Servers, Expos, Hosts, Bussers) who thrive in busy environments, love connecting with guests, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. Position Requirements To be considered, candidates must have: Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience Weekend availability (required) Strong communication and hospitality skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Team-first mentality and professional attitude Reliable transportation and punctuality Bartender/Barista candidates should also have: Experience preparing espresso drinks, classic brunch cocktails and high-volume beverage service Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and responsible alcohol service Must be over 21 years of age RBS certification The ideal candidate: Creates genuine guest connections Maintains composure during busy rushes Anticipates guest needs and delivers thoughtful service Supports teammates and contributes to a positive culture Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail Responsibilities Servers Provide exceptional table service and hospitality Guide guests through menu offerings and specials Accurately enter orders and handle payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Work collaboratively with kitchen and support teams Bartenders/Baristas Prepare coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels Engage guests while delivering fast and friendly service Follow all responsible beverage service guidelines Why Join Our Team?
