Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service in a lively café setting Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Prepare smoothies, bowls, and other menu items following established recipes and food safety guidelines Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring correct change and transaction records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and dining spaces Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring product freshness to ensure quality standards are met Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista or coffee experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or food preparation within the food industry is advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating healthy delights while delivering top-tier customer experiences!
