Vibeologist (Team Member)

We are currently looking for passionate, people-focused team members to join our team as Vibeologists. A Vibeologist is part educator, part host, part guide, and part community builder. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves people, enjoys learning, and wants to help others discover the growing world of non-alcoholic beverages and mindful drinking. What matters most is that you are open-minded and genuinely interested in the idea of drinking differently. Our customers come to us for many different reasons: Some do not drink alcohol at all Some are sober or sober curious Some are cutting back Some simply want more options Some are interested in wellness, functionality, or better-for-you beverages Some just want something delicious and inclusive to drink At Monday Morning Bottle Shop, we meet people where they are. We are here to educate, support, and create community — never to judge. Responsibilities Create an exceptional and welcoming customer experience Educate customers on products, ingredients, flavor profiles, and functionality Assist guests in finding beverages that fit their preferences and lifestyle Support tastings, events, and in-store experiences Maintain strong product knowledge across NA wines, spirits, beers, functional beverages, mixers, and more Restock and merchandise products according to store standards Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation Work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations and business goals Qualifications Retail, hospitality, bar, restaurant, wellness, or customer service experience preferred Must be 18+ Either weekend or evening availability needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Strong interpersonal and communication skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Monday Morning Bottle Shop?
