Job Description

Job Summary We are The Buoy, a Korean-themed cafe specializing in house-made rice flour based pastries and unique espresso drinks. We are looking for passionate baristas to join our team!
Expectations:
Make unique coffee and tea drinks with precise measurements and presentation Work with our espresso beans and adjust recipes based on taste Sell and explain our unique offerings (fluent English is required) Work in a clean and professional manner in a semi-formal establishment while keeping a down-to-earth energy Willing to adapt to menu changes and seasonal offerings Independence, capable of handling the bar solo
Shift Type:
Our current hours are 11 am - 3 pm. Shifts will be around 5 hours including opening & closing. Currently we are looking for someone with Sat and Sun availability, as well as 2 weekdays. Barista experience is required. We look forward to you joining our team!
