The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality coffee and beverage experiences, provide exceptional guest service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to specialty coffee culture. This role is perfect for someone passionate about coffee, attentive to detail, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take beverage and food orders with a positive, professional attitude. Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, iced coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per company standards and recipes. Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, and related equipment safely and efficiently. Accurately handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash and digital payments. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines including proper food handling protocols. Collaborate with teammates to support a smooth and efficient workflow. Requirements 1+ years barista, coffee, or hospitality experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~30 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square). California Food Handler's Card.
