Poesia Cafe is a growing artisan bakery and café looking for a professional, experienced barista to join our team. This position is not entry-level. We are seeking individuals who see coffee and bakery service as a craft and a career. Positions Available Part-Time Barista Requirements 3+ years of professional barista experience in a specialty café or high-volume quality-driven environment Fluent English (spoken clearly and confidently with customers) Strong experience with espresso-based drinks and milk texturing Proven ability to work the register accurately and efficiently Excellent speed, organization, and attention to detail Polite, professional, and well-prepared demeanor at all times Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards Interest in long-term growth within a developing company Schedule Shifts available Monday to Friday 12PM-6:30PM Weekends This role is ideal for candidates who: Take pride in consistency and quality Understand the rhythm of a busy café Respect the craft behind coffee and bakery Want to grow with a brand that values professionalism and excellence
