Responsibilities Prepare boba, milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks Cook and maintain tapioca pearls and other toppings Maintain drink station cleanliness and organization Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation Restock ingredients and supplies Provide friendly customer service Work efficiently during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience making boba or specialty drinks is required Knowledge of tea brewing, syrups, toppings, and drink preparation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and consistency Food Handler Certification preferred
