We are looking for hospitality-forward baristas with strong customer service skills and experience working in fast-paced, high-volume coffee environments. The ideal candidate is professional, efficient under pressure, and confident interacting with guests throughout busy conference service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso and matcha beverages efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards Deliver warm, professional guest interaction throughout service Maintain clean and organized workflow during high-volume service periods Assist with setup, breakdown, restocking, and maintaining overall service flow Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth event execution Follow cleanliness, food safety, and food handling standards throughout service Maintain professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail during fast-paced conference environments Requirements Previous barista experience in busy café or high-volume coffee environments required Matcha experience is a plus Strong customer service and hospitality skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests in fast-paced event environments Ability to maintain calm, efficient workflow during peak service periods Strong time management and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable standing for extended periods and working long event days Event, catering, or conference experience is a plus This paid role offers an exciting chance to be part of a vibrant event team dedicated to delivering exceptional beverage experiences.
