We are looking for energetic, dependable, and hardworking team members who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including cutting and portioning fruits, brewing teas, cooking toppings, and stocking supplies. Make a variety of drinks according to company recipes and quality standards. Provide friendly and professional customer service while taking orders and answering menu questions. Operate the Chowbus POS system for order entry, payment processing, and order management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations, equipment, dining areas, and restrooms. Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies throughout shifts. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous food service, beverage, café, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is a plus. What We're Looking For A team player who enjoys working with others.
