Created by the team behind Academic Coffee and Nuvo Hospitality, Playback celebrates San Jose's history in broadcasting and technology while spotlighting thoughtfully sourced coffees and warm, intentional hospitality. We're looking for baristas who care deeply about people, consistency, and creating a welcoming space. - Looking for a commitment of at least 4 days per week

- Holds or can obtain California Food Handler's card Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to Playback standards
- Deliver thoughtful, welcoming hospitality to every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and bar
- Follow company guidelines for quality, safety, and service
- Work collaboratively with teammates and shift leads
- Occasionally cover shifts as agreed upon
- Lift and carry coffee or boxes up to 25 lbs as needed
