Key Responsibilities Craft and serve our full range of beverages with consistency and care. Engage customers with warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm about our drinks, beans, and seasonal offerings. Support smooth café operations by anticipating team and guest needs. Maintain Dr.ink's high standards in quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. What We're Looking For Genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft. A strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills. (Preferred but not required) Previous specialty coffee or food service experience. Valid Food Handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire. Work place & physical requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for 4+ hours.
