POS Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Barista - Join Our Cafe & Bistro Team in San Jose, California! We're looking for a dedicated Barista to join our team at our cafe and bistro in San Jose! If you have a passion for crafting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas, including authentic chai and other drinks on the menu Steam milk and craft latte art (preferred but not required). Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent service. Maintain cleanliness of the café and workstation. Restock ingredients and ensure freshness of coffee beans and tea leaves. Light prep work and back kitchen tasks based on needs of cafe Educate customers on menu offerings and customization options.

Requirements:

Prior barista experience preferred Passion for coffee and tea culture. Strong customer service and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements:

Must be located in the Bay Area or willing to relocate. Must have or secure legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Valid work permit required - U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or those with valid work authorization such H4EAD).
