Be part of a flavor in full bloom. Fleur Tea is a premium tea café coming to Vietnam Town - San Jose, CA. We specialize in bold tea, premium matcha, fruit teas. We're building a team that values quality, detail, and beautiful presentation. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items following quality standards and food safety guidelines. Handle cash register transactions with precision, including cash handling, credit card processing, and POS operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and serving counters. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods while ensuring high-quality service. Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Experience Previous barista experience or background in coffee preparation is highly preferred. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling. Knowledge of food safety practices and food industry standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume hours. Familiarity with serving in a café or retail environment enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
