Activities & Responsibilities  Follows Mariachi Bakery operational policies and procedures, including those safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.  Provides quality Service consistently for all customers by following the good practices and Culture of Mariachi Bakery.  Prepare bills for food, accept payment or make change.  Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.  Balance receipts and payments in cash registers.  Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment  Replenish foods at serving stations.  Deliver orders to kitchens and pick up and serve food when it is ready.  Organize and deliver food for third party delivery platforms.  Taking orders and answering phones.  Follows all health, safety and sanitation guidelines for the handling of all products.  Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.  Plan work accordingly for Drip Coffee and Café de Olla, based off consumption to have the correct stock available for sale.  Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.  Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation  Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift  Provide guest with product details, such as bread ingredients, preparation description or allergen information  Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.  According to the established role, help maintain clean areas including service areas such as the bathroom/customer bathroom/Dining room etc.  Set up or restock product displays.  Stock guest service stations with customer utensils. Page 2 of 2  Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.  Attend all scheduled associate meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.  Coordinate with and assist fellow associate to meet customer's needs and support the operation of the restaurant.  Fill-in for fellow associate where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
