Barista

Barista & Retail Sales Associate Do you love great coffee, unique products, and connecting with people? Join our team at Vices & Spices, a locally owned Santa Barbara business that has been serving the community for over 50 years. We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member who enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll craft specialty coffee and tea beverages, assist customers in exploring our collection of exotic teas, spices, and gifts from around the world, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Assist customers with tea, spice, and gift selections Operate the register and process sales Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store Learn about our unique products from around the world Provide exceptional customer service
