Full-time Job Description:

Are you passionate about coffee and hospitality? Brew House is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable baristas to join our team as we expand into specialty coffee. Our baristas are responsible for creating a great guest experience through excellent service, consistent drink preparation, clean work habits, and a positive attitude. You'll be working with high-end equipment in a fast-paced restaurant and brewery environment, so attention to detail and teamwork matter.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet guests with a friendly attitude and make every customer feel welcome. Provide recommendations, answer menu questions, and help create a warm and professional guest experience.

Coffee Preparation:

Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and other coffee drinks according to our quality standards. Work with professional equipment including a La Marzocco espresso machine, Puqpress, and Wally milk steamer.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Keep the coffee bar, equipment, tools, and service areas clean and ready throughout the shift.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the restaurant, bar, and management teams to support smooth operations. Communicate clearly and help wherever needed during busy periods.

Product Knowledge:

Learn our coffee menu, drink standards, equipment, and service flow. Continue improving your coffee knowledge through training and hands-on experience.

Hospitality:

Help create a polished, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience required. Restaurant, café, brewery, or hospitality experience preferred. Passion for coffee and a willingness to keep learning. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Must be available weekends. Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred. Food Handler Certification required.
