We focus on quality, clean execution, and creating a calm but energetic environment for our customers. We are hiring motivated baristas who take pride in their craft — and for the right candidate, there is a clear path to become a Shift Lead. What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and fast-paced Detail-oriented and clean Able to handle busy rushes calmly Strong communication skills Punctual and reliable Positive attitude and team mindset Previous café experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right energy. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages Maintain drink quality and consistency Operate POS system and handle cash Keep workspace clean and organized Support opening and closing procedures Work efficiently during high-volume rushes Provide warm and professional customer service Growth Opportunity We are actively looking for future Shift Leads.
