Job Description

Hiring:
Cashier & Barista at Milldang Bakery Cafe Milldang Bakery Cafe, a premium Korean bakery cafe located in Santa Clara, is looking for energetic and motivated team members to join our team. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and are interested in growing with us long-term. If you are passionate about coffee, customer service, and working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
Position:
Cashier & Barista (Entry-Level or Experienced)
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional customer service. Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately. Prepare coffee and specialty beverages using espresso machines. Package bakery products and assist customers with product recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Restock products and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative without constant supervision. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work. Weekend availability is required (8:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-9:00 PM).

Compensation:
Hourly wage + tips. Starting pay will depend on experience, availability, and overall qualifications.
