Job Description
Shift Monday-Thursday:
8hrs between 6:30am-4:30pm, depending on day Friday 6am-2:30pm Duties- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate manual espresso machines, grinders, beverage taps, and keg systems
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Serve grab & go packaged food items, communicate pars to kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Take inventory of food and paper product, and communicate to supervisor for ordering Skills
- Experience with manual espresso machines and making specialty beverages
- Passion for coffee and ability to create quality drinks
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for customers
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
