You will be a key part of our opening team, helping to shape our standards and culture. Duties Train and mentor junior team members Assist in creating and refining our signature drink menu Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks Assembling light meals and snacks, following necessary health and sanitation requirements Operate Square POS system for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Skills Previous experience working in a high-volume coffee shop is required You should possess technical mastery of espresso extraction and milk steaming Latter art skills is a plus leadership mindset to help train our Junior team and maintain our high standards Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality

Pay:
