Job Description:

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our café. As a key player in our team, you'll be cross-trained in various roles to ensure a smooth operation and a memorable customer experience.

Your tasks will include:

Barista :

Making coffee based drinks and adaptogenic lattes with coffee art

Food Preparation:

Assisting in the preparation of salads, sandwiches, and other menu items.

Smoothie Making:

Creating fresh, nutritious smoothies with a focus on quality.

Customer Service:

Operating the cash register, running tables, and providing excellent service to our guests.

Cleaning Duties:

Participating in regular cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to café standards. Operate the cash register accurately and handle transactions with a friendly demeanor. Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, set up, and well-maintained. Work collaboratively with team members to complete cleaning tasks and maintain café hygiene. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications:

Passion for clean eating and quality food. Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Team-oriented with a willingness to contribute to all aspects of café operations. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. We provide training!
