Today, we're a locally owned dessert chain serving Asian-inspired treats like shaved snow, halo-halo, and boba tea.

Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest Take, prepare, and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently Prepare drinks and desserts to Snoice quality standards (training provided) Cook and prep ingredients, including boba and toppings Keep prep areas and guest-facing spaces clean, organized, and stocked Handle ingredients and inventory carefully, minimizing waste Support teammates and the flow of service during busy shifts Use Snoice systems and equipment properly and with care This is a customer-facing role. Interacting with guests is a core part of every shift. Requirements Enjoy working with people and providing great service Comfortable preparing food and beverages while following cleanliness and safety standards Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Reliable attendance and punctuality Open to learning and feedback Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks common in food service Consistent weekend availability is required Previous experience is helpful but not required We are not hiring for short-term, seasonal, or low-commitment employment.
