We are looking for Fun, Energetic, and Hardworking Team Members to join our Da Vien Coffee Chain.Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and retail, along with excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operations during busy hours.Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team Consistently provide quality beverage and food Accurately and courteously take guest orders, make recommendations, suggestions and leverage selling skills. Have a clear knowledge of all inventory items and accurately communicate product information to customers by responding to questions, orders, and concerns Work at different stations in the café as needed and assigned Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories Organize stock, maintain clean & sanitized, chairs, tables, stools, and counter surface at all times. Routinely clean and upkeep espresso machines and brewing equipment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines Follows operational policies and procedures including those for cash handling process credit cards, safety, and security Report any missing articles or equipment property damage/ maintain effective communication with standby manager Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the departments Maintains composure and patience during busy or unexpected situations, setting an example for the team and ensuring smooth operations What we expect from you You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail You are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting assignments Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively High stress tolerance - thrives in a high-pressure environment Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative Physical Requirements Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays). Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized. Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products. Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays. Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching. Requires the ability to lift 15-45 poundsJob Type:
