In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable coffee experiences while managing workflow efficiently. Duties Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards Lead, motivate, and train baristas and food service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences Oversee food handling, preparation, and serving processes while maintaining strict food safety protocols Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and cashiering duties accurately Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, ingredients, and supplies; place orders as needed Enforce health and safety regulations related to food industry standards and café cleanliness Support sales initiatives by engaging customers, promoting products, and upselling when appropriate Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods and ensure efficient team performance Experience Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a food service or retail environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS or Toast POS is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in customer service, cash handling, and cashiering with attention to accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for transactions and inventory management Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills to lead a team and provide exceptional service to diverse customers Join us as a Barista Supervisor where your energy fuels our success!
