Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, specialty drinks, and snacks with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create welcoming and engaging experiences. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic retail math calculations. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry, with strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transactions. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, positivity, and effective communication. Strong time management abilities to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and food preparation techniques. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations. Experience in retail math, cashiering, or food industry roles is highly desirable for success in this position.
