We are a fast-paced, customer focused kitchen + bakeshop specializing in fresh baked pastries, sandwiches, pizzas, and high-quality espresso beverages. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel at home and every item is made with care. We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Barista / Counter Associate to join our Little Goat team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and drinks with excellent service. You'll rotate between barista duties and front counter responsibilities, meaning some shifts will have you crafting beverages behind the bar, while others will focus on taking orders, running food, and creating a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to quality standards Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system Handle cash and card transactions responsibly Run food and assist with order handoff Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers

Qualifications:

Barista experience

PREFERRED

: experience with espresso machines, latte art, tamping, following recipes Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfortable handling cash transactions and using a POS system Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible and willing to learn multiple roles Positive attitude and strong work ethic
