• We are seeking a skilled Bobarista to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages.

As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that every drink is made to perfection. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

• Responsibilities
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages according to our menu. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Handle cash and operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently. Maintain knowledge of our menu items and ingredients, making recommendations to customers when appropriate. Perform basic math calculations to manage cash and inventory. Help to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. Assist with food preparation, including tea making, blender using, and espresso brewing Follow all safety and health regulations, adhering to our quality control standards.

• Experience
• Previous experience in a food or beverage environment is requested but not required for this role.

Knowledge with cash handling and operating a cash register is also required. Prior customer service experience is also favorable, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry is beneficial. Basic math skills are necessary for managing cash and inventory. Sales skills are also valuable in this role, as are the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
