Job Duties Prepare espresso and coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail Take guest orders and operate register Maintain shop cleanliness, and other cleaning duties Attend staff meetings Provide excellent customer service Educate guests on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brew methods Opening and closure procedures

Qualifications:

1 year specialty coffee experience Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs Willingness to learn Additional Preferred Skills Experience dialing in espresso Pour-over or manual brew knowledge Latte art proficiency Familiarity with specialty coffee standards and terminology Previous experience in a high-volume café What We Offer Opportunity to help shape coffee quality and culture Collaborative and supportive work environment Growth opportunities as we expand Free staff beverages and other merch discounts

Pay:
