Job Summary Join our vibrant café team as a Barista and become the heart of a lively, customer-focused environment! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and preparation stations Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering responsibilities and basic math calculations Follow food safety protocols and adhere to food industry standards for food handling and serving Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and supporting food prep when needed Experience Previous barista experience or background in food service within a café or retail environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
