Responsibilities Greet customers with warmth and a positive attitude Take and prepare drink and food orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace Operate POS systems and handle transactions Uphold HiBye's standards for quality, service, and presentation Assist with restocking and opening/closing tasks as needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements Must be 25 years of age or older Must be reliable and punctual Barista experience is not required (we will train the right candidate) Prior customer service experience preferred Friendly, upbeat personality with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask under pressure Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends No visible tattoos or piercings allowed Why Work at HiBye?
