Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including boba teas, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings. Maintain high standards of drink quality, consistency, and presentation. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. Take orders efficiently and operate the POS system accurately. Assist with daily store operations, including stocking ingredients, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and assist with promotional events or new product launches as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, coffee, or boba industry is a plus but not required—training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for handcrafted beverages and an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
