Bilingual(English/Korean) preferred Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, coffee drinks, and other specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Engage with customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Assist in food preparation tasks such as ingredient measurement, topping assembly, and ensuring quality standards are met Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to uphold hygiene standards at all times Skills Previous barista or food service experience, especially within cafés or retail food environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and serving best practices in the food industry Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Bilingual(English/Korean) preferred Join us as a Boba Tea Barista where your energy fuels our success!
